All Tingiri products are handmade. Images are indicative: given the handcrafted nature of the process, colors and details may vary slightly from one batch to another. These variations are an intrinsic part of the product and do not constitute a defect.

The order is considered confirmed upon receipt of the email confirmation. Payments are processed securely through our payment system. Prices shown include VAT where applicable.

Shipping is available throughout Italy for €5.90 and to the rest of the world for €12.90. Delivery times vary based on the destination. There is no minimum order.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide any reason, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). Returns can be made by mail (using a free prepaid label) or by direct delivery to our store at our Catania location. There are no shipping costs or restocking fees. We do not accept exchanges.
