Refund Policy

You have the right to return any item within 30 days of receipt, without providing any reason. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

1. Contact us within 30 days of receipt via WhatsApp (+39 377 688 6773) or email (tingiricolors@gmail.com).
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. We will send you a return label to download and print, at no additional cost to you.
4. Pack the product and hand it over to the courier indicated on the label.
5. Once we have received and verified the product, we will process the refund.

We accept returns both by mail (using the prepaid label we provide) and by drop-off at our store in Catania. We do not accept product exchanges.

The refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return shipping costs are free: we provide you with a prepaid label to print. No restocking fees will be applied.

Products that are personalized or made to specific customer requests are not eligible for return, except in cases of defects or non-conformity.

If you have received a defective or damaged product during shipping, contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
